Someone sent me an email a few days ago with the following in the signature :
Please consider the environment before printing this email.
So I did some digging, and it turns out that is actually very easy to add to your own signature – due to the little image not being an image at all, but the letter ‘P’ in the Webdings font.
To add this to your emails you’ll first need to setup a HTML signature (Google can help you out on how to do that), then to add the following to it :
<font color=”#006600″ face=”Webdings” size=”+3″>P</font><font color=”#006600″> <strong>Please consider the environment before printing this email.</strong></font>
Of course, whether anyone will actually take any notice of it is another issue altogether…
